UBONM Membership Cancellation Policy
& Refunds
United Business Owners of New Mexico (“UBONM”) memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are subject to our UBONM membership cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting UBONM at info@ubonm.org or 914-316-6896.
Cancellation will stop future recurring membership charges. To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancellation must be received before the member’s next billing date.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, membership dues already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for membership benefits, communications, advocacy activities, resources, or access already provided during the applicable billing period.
If a member believes they were charged in error or has a billing dispute, they may contact UBONM at info@ubonm.org. UBONM may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a member may have under applicable law.
