UBONM Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply to memberships offered by United Business Owners of New Mexico (“UBONM”).
UBONM Membership Terms
UBONM Business Membership is offered at $100 per month, per participating business location. Businesses enrolling multiple locations are responsible for membership dues for each participating location.
Business Membership provides access to UBONM member communications, legislative and regulatory updates, advocacy resources, notices regarding relevant hearings and meetings, opportunities to participate in calls to action, and other membership benefits described on the UBONM website.
Leadership Partner Membership
UBONM Leadership Partner Membership is offered at $2,500 per month and includes Business Membership benefits plus additional opportunities to engage with UBONM leadership, participate in leadership meetings, discuss emerging business and regulatory concerns, and participate more directly in UBONM's advocacy priorities and initiatives.
Recurring Billing
Membership dues are billed monthly and continue until canceled. By purchasing a membership, the member authorizes UBONM and its payment processor to charge the applicable membership dues on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and must be received before the next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to UBONM's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Membership and Advocacy
Membership supports UBONM's advocacy, legislative and regulatory monitoring, member communications, resources, and organizational operations.
Membership does not guarantee any legislative, regulatory, political, legal, business, or other particular outcome. UBONM determines its organizational positions, advocacy priorities, strategies, and activities based on the interests of the organization and its membership as a whole.
Changes to Membership
UBONM may update membership benefits, dues, or these Membership Terms from time to time. Members will be provided reasonable notice of material changes that affect their membership or recurring dues.
